The successful SEN TA will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally.As an SEN TA, you will provide individual and small-group support, helping pupils engage with learning and develop their communication, confidence and independence.
