Role Highlights:
Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN) in mainstream and specialist settings.
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans.
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to student needs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous SEN experience is a plus but not essential andndash; attitude and willingness to learn are key!
Confident, reliable, and able to adapt to different classroom environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
