What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Deliver tailored support to pupils with diverse learning and behavioural needs
- Assist the class teacher in creating engaging, accessible lessons
- Support children with EHCPs and adapt activities to meet individual learning styles
- Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence in the classroom
- Provide personal care when required, always maintaining dignity and respect
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
This Role Is Perfect for Psychology Graduates Who:
- Are passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education
- Want practical experience with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
- Have experience in care, support work, or education (desirable but not essential)
