Ready for a fresh start in education? We''re working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Reading that are looking for caring, motivated professionals to join their support teams.

As an SEN TA, you''ll provide valuable one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and become more independent. You may support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, challenging behaviour and other additional needs.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful SEN TA will ideally have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within an SEN setting. Experience supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 would also be advantageous.

You''ll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
