Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team at an SEN SpecialistHigh School in Blackley.This role involves providing critical 1:1 support for a student with complex needs, ensuring they can access their learning in a safe and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 academic and emotional support to a student with complex SEN.Implement de-escalation strategies and promote positive behaviour.Assist with personal care and sensory integration activities.Collaborate with the class teacher and multidisciplinary team to follow EHCP goals.Requirements:Must have an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (on the Update Service).Previous experience supporting students with PMLD, ASC, or severe learning difficulties.Available for the full duration of the assignment (Full-time, Mon-Fri).Strong communication skills and a "care-first" approach.Mininum 6 months UK schools experience.Why Join?
