This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, patient and resilient individual who is passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, develop emotional resilience and reach their full potential. The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. Support pupils with emotional regulation, anxiety, challenging behaviour and disengagement from education.
