      <description>Location: Newham | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;115/day dependent on experience | Type: Temporary | Position: SEN Teaching Assistant    Location: Plaistow    Start Date: ASAP    Schedule: Monday - Friday    We''re currently looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to start immediately at a mainstream secondary school, supporting their students in either the mainstream classroom or the Resource Provision (RP).    You''ll be working with students with severe and complex needs, including:   - Non-verbal &amp; speech &amp; language support  - Wheelchair users  - Autism with high sensory needs or emotional regulation challenges  - Use of AAC (PECS, Makaton, communication boards, voice-output devices)  - Highly differentiated learning, sensory-based or life-skills focused  This is a  challenging but incredibly rewarding  opportunity to make a genuine impact in young people''s lives every single day.
