A welcoming and inclusive school in North London is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and help pupils reach their full potential.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to build a rewarding career within education.The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially.Key responsibilities include:Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SENSupporting children with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and other additional needsAssisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activitiesEncouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingHelping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentMonitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staffAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience working with children or young people with SENA patient, nurturing, and resilient approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsA genuine passion for supporting children with additional needsRelevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essentialWhat the School OffersA supportive and experienced leadership teamOngoing training and professional development ..... full job details .....
