Pioneer Education is recruiting caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Bromsgrove, Worcestershire We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them achieve their full potential. You will play an important role in creating a supportive, inclusive and positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants or individuals looking to develop their career within education. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting activities to meet individual needs. Support pupils with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs. Encourage pupils'' independence, confidence and social development. Help manage behaviour positively and promote a calm, safe learning environment. Support pupils with their communication, interaction and daily classroom activities. Follow individual education plans and guidance provided by teaching staff. Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO and other support staff. Follow safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils.
