Are you a motivated SEN TA looking for a rewarding new role? We are working alongside a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Didcot that are searching for dedicated individuals to provide outstanding support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.

As an SEN TA, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and emotionally, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential. You''ll work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

The ideal SEN TA will have:

• Previous experience as an Early Years, KS1 or KS2 Teaching Assistant, or as an SEN TA
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and compassionate approach to working with pupils
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
