Ready for a new opportunity in education? We''re working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Didcot that are looking for dedicated support staff to become part of their teams.

As an SEN TA, you''ll help pupils navigate barriers to learning while encouraging confidence, independence and progress. Depending on the school, you may provide one-to-one or small-group support to children with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

Your experience

The ideal SEN TA will have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within an SEN setting.

Experience supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 would be advantageous, but we''re equally interested in hearing from candidates who are keen to develop their skills and build a career in education.

You''ll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
