Teaching Assistant - SEN SchoolLocation: DE13Salary: £92.63 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)Contract: Full-time, Term Time OnlyAre you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a genuine difference in their education?We are working with a welcoming specialist school in the DE13 area that supports pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, communication difficulties, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated social, emotional and behavioural needs.The school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide tailored support to pupils both in and out of the classroom.The RoleSupporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsAssisting with the delivery of personalised learning activitiesEncouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learningSupporting pupils with communication, social skills and emotional regulationWorking closely with teachers, therapists and other support staffHelping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN settingA patient, resilient and adaptable approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needsAbility to remain calm and positive in challenging situationsRelevant qualifications are beneficial but not essentialWhat We OfferCompetitive daily pay ratesOngoing training ..... full job details .....
