Key Responsibilities Support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities. Provide one-to-one and small-group support tailored to individual education plans. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. Support pupils with personal care where required. Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment. Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. Record and report on pupil progress and wellbeing.
