The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for helping children feel safe, understood, valued and able to learn. You will provide nurturing, consistent support while helping children develop their confidence, emotional wellbeing, independence and engagement in learning. We are looking for someone who: * Has experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, autism, anxiety or trauma. * Is calm, patient and emotionally resilient. * Understands that behaviour can be a form of communication. * Can build trusting relationships with children who may struggle with anxiety or emotional regulation. * Uses a trauma-informed, child-centred approach. * Can work positively with teachers, families and other professionals. * Is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
