SEN TA 5 days

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a specialist school setting.

  
  
  

• Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.

  
  
  

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.

  
  
  

• Helping pupils develop their communication, social and independence skills.

  
  
  

• Supporting positive behaviour and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment.

  
  
  

• Must hold a Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service.

  
  
  

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.

  
  
  

• A patient, caring and flexible approach.

  
  
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
