      <description>Location: Ebbw Vale | Salary: &amp;pound;92.80/day | Type: Temporary | The Role   As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:   Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs.  Support pupils with their educational, social and emotional development.  Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible activities.  Help promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.  Support pupils throughout the school day, including during break and lunch periods.  Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and staff.    The Ideal Candidate   We are looking for someone who is:   Passionate about working with children and young people with SEN.  Patient, caring and understanding.  Confident supporting pupils with challenging or complex needs.  Reliable and enthusiastic.  Able to work effectively as part of a team.  Previous experience working within an SEN, ALN, care or education setting is desirable but not essential.    Requirements     Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service required.   Previous experience working with SEN/ALN pupils is highly desirable.  References covering your recent employment/education history.  Right to work in the UK.</description>
