The student has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Global Developmental Delay (GDD), with complex needs around communication, social interaction, attention and listening, sensory processing, emotional regulation, play and independence. The successful TA will work alongside the SEN Tutor to provide consistent, calm and personalised support, helping the student to engage with learning and feel safe and regulated throughout the session.
