This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals develop their confidence, independence and life skills within a supportive and personalised environment. Ideal Candidate Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject, such as Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, Health & Social Care or a related field. Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia or other additional needs . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, compassionate and able to build positive relationships with children and young people. Able to adapt support to meet individual needs and different communication and learning styles. Confident supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviour. Organised and able to maintain accurate records of progress and activities.
