SEN Support Worker Basingstoke Full-Time Term-Time RoleBasingstoke and surrounding areas Paid to scale based on experience 8:30am 3:30pm 5 days per weekGSL Education are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Support Worker to support children with additional needs across inclusive schools in and around Basingstoke.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, caring, and passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN / SEND).The RoleAs a SEN Support Worker, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needsAssist with learning, communication, and emotional regulationSupport teachers in delivering tailored education plans (EHCPs)Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentEncourage positive behaviour and social developmentWork closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents The SchoolsWe work with a range of supportive mainstream and specialist schools across Basingstoke and Hampshire; all committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
