Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced SEN Support TA to work within a specialist education setting in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.The setting supports primary and secondary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), alongside pupils with complex and severe learning needs. Some pupils have additional medical or physiotherapy requirements, while others are able to access elements of whole-class learning with appropriate support. The role may involve supporting pupils who require assistance with:Profound and multiple learning difficulties.Severe and complex learning needs.Communication and interaction.Personal care and physical development.Medical needs within the school environment.Physiotherapy programmes and physical support.Accessing classroom activities and learning opportunities.Developing independence and functional skills.
