SEN Support We''re working with schools across Bristol who are preparing for the new academic year, and they''re on the lookout for experienced SEN Support to welcome into their schools. We''re looking for a caring, patient, and proactive SEN Support to join a welcoming school located in Bristol. This is one of those roles where no two days are the same, but everyday matters. What you''ll be doingProviding 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needsWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupilsHelping children stay focused during lessonsSupport pupils'' social, emotional, and academic developmentMonitoring and recording pupil progressWhat we''re looking forA genuine passion for supporting children with SENA calm, patient and supportive approachStrong communication skills Experience with SEN (school-based or otherwise) A willingness to learn and adaptEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What you can expect from Protocol Weekly PAYE pay Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely caresFree CPD and online training opportunitiesAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
