SEN Support WorkerWe''re looking for a caring, patient, and proactive SEN Suport Worker to join a welcoming and supportive school. This is one of those roles where no two days are the same, but every day matters. You will support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). The role requires someone that is patient and brilliant at building trust. What you''ll be doingProviding 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needsWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupilsHelping children stay fouced during lessonsSupport pupils'' social, emotional, and academic developmentMonitoring and recording pupil progressWhat we''re looking forA genuine passion for supporting children with SENA calm, patient and supportive approachStrong communication skills Experience with SEN (school-based or otherwise) A willingness to learn and adaptEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What you can expect from Protocol Weekly PAYE pay Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinly caresFree CPD and online training opportunitiesAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
