SEN Support Assistant - Secondary

TimePlan Education is working with a secondary SEND setting seeking a caring and resilient SEN Support Assistant. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and help them access learning in a calm, structured environment.
As a SEN Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs.
- Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.
- Help pupils regulate, engage and make progress in lessons.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a secondary school, SEN setting or similar environment.
- Be calm, consistent and adaptable.
- Be committed to inclusive practice and supporting individual needs.
