This role requires an immediate start to support students with diverse learning needs, including autism (ASC), moderate to severe learning difficulties (SLD), and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.   Key Responsibilities     Provide 1-to-1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs.    Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging, tailored lessons and activities.    Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.    Help manage student behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.    Track student progress and assist with daily classroom organisation.
