**SEN Teaching Assistant (Driver Required) - Kidderminster**

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic **SEN Teaching Assistant** to join our team at an SEN school in **Kidderminster**.

**Essential Requirements:**

* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
* A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children with additional needs.
* Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.

**About the Role:**
You will support pupils both in the classroom and throughout the school day, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. You may also be required to drive as part of your role, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Our pupils have a range of additional needs, including:

* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Behaviour that may challenge
* Moderate and severe learning difficulties
