This is a great opportunity for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants and support workers who are confident supporting secondary-aged pupils with additional needs and managing challenging behaviour. The ideal candidates will: Have previous experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with SEN. Be confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent and professional manner. Have strong communication skills and be confident communicating in English. Be reliable, flexible and comfortable adapting to pupils'' individual needs.
