The students you will work with may be unable to attend mainstream education due to a range of additional needs or barriers. This could include SEND, anxiety, SEMH needs, disrupted education, school avoidance or significant gaps in their learning. As an outreach tutor, you will provide a flexible and personalised approach to education, adapting your lessons around the individual learner. Your support will help students improve their academic skills while also rebuilding confidence, motivation and engagement with learning. Maths and English teaching experience is essential.
