The students you will work with may be unable to attend mainstream education due to a range of additional needs or barriers. This could include SEND, anxiety, SEMH needs, disrupted education, school avoidance or significant gaps in their learning. As an outreach tutor, you will provide a flexible and personalised approach to education, adapting your lessons around the individual learner.
