An amazing primary school in Maidenhead is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic SEN Specialist Assistant to work with pupils that have special educational needs (SEN). As a Specialist Assistant, you will be assisting students in their learning both on a 1 to 1 basis and in group scenarios, assessing and accommodating the individual learning needs of students, and reporting progress of individual pupils.

As SEN Specialist Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher to enable them to teach effectively. This includes managing behavior, keeping children on task and encouraging them to engage, and communicate with teachers and their peers.
