What You''ll Be Doing Supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Building positive relationships with pupils and acting as a trusted role model Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom Assisting with behaviour management strategies Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide the best outcomes for students What We''re Looking For Previous experience working within SEN settings is essential Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, ASD, ADHD, or other additional needs A calm, resilient, and patient approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for making a positive impact on ..... full job details .....
