Teaching responsibilities may vary depending on the provision, but will typically include:Delivering differentiated lessons across KS2-KS4 (subject specialism welcome)Supporting students working below age-related expectationsManaging behaviour using consistent, trauma-informed approachesCreating a safe, structured and engaging learning environmentWorking closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and pastoral teamsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience teaching within SEN, SEMH or alternative provision settingsStrong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approachThe ability to build positive relationships with students who may present challenging behaviourA flexible and resilient mindsetA genuine commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeingWhy Apply?Opportunities across a range of well-supported ..... full job details .....
