Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff. We''re Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in primary education. A genuine passion for, and understanding of, SEN/SEMH and trauma-informed practice. Boundless patience, empathy, and emotional resilience. A positive, steady presence and a firm belief in inclusion.
