Job Title:SEN Science LeadLocation:Specialist education setting across multiple sites (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire regions)Contract Type:Permanent, Part-Time (Term Time Only - 40 hours per week)Salary:M1 to M6 depending on skills and experience (£32,916 to £45,352 per annum)Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking SEN Science Lead to drive excellence in science education and support high-quality teaching across a specialist provision. This hybrid role combines classroom teaching with leadership responsibility. You will shape and deliver a broad, engaging science curriculum while supporting colleagues through coaching, quality assurance and professional development. The aim is to ensure all learners receive a personalised, inclusive and impactful learning experience.About the ProvisionThe provision supports learners aged 7-19 through personalised and flexible education pathways. It is designed for young people who may be disengaged from education or require alternative approaches to succeed.
