The provision supports pupils across Key Stage 1 - Key Stage 4 with a range of complex needs, including SEMH, Autism (ASD), trauma-related needs, and communication difficulties. Your Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated Maths and Science lessons for pupils with SEN Adapt learning to meet EHCP targets and individual educational needs Use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to support engagement and progress Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary Work collaboratively with therapists, pastoral teams, SENCOs, and support staff Prepare pupils for GCSEs, Functional Skills, ..... full job details .....
