Responsibilities:
As an SEN andamp; PRU Teacher, you will:
- Deliver Tailored Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across subjects, including Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Languages, and more.
- Support Individual Needs: Adapt teaching methods and strategies to cater to the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students with SEN or behavioural challenges.
- Promote Positive Behaviour: Implement effective classroom management techniques, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all students.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalised support to ensure every student reaches their potential.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with other teachers, SENCOs, and school leaders to develop and implement strategies that support the success of students with additional needs.
- Foster Inclusivity: Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and are encouraged to participate in their learning.
