• Delivering a creative and engaging curriculum adapted to each child''s needs amd working towards their EHCP outcomes and individual targets
• Developing communication, independence, confidence and social skills alongside academic progress
• Working alongside experienced teaching assistants and wider support teams
• Creating a calm, structured classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a specialist provision, or a relevant SEN qualification
• A positive and nurturing approach to teaching
• The ability to differentiate and adapt learning effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
