The Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs within our mainstream setting. The role involves planning and teaching small intervention groups, providing targeted in-class support, and working closely with the SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to individual pupil needs. Plan and implement targeted interventions to support progress. Adapt curriculum content, resources, and assessment to ensure accessibility. Support pupils with EHCPs and contribute to reviews and reports. Work collaboratively with class teachers, teaching assistants, SENCO, parents, and external agencies. Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records.
