Do you feel ready to step into a role with real progression, but opportunities are limited in your current school? A growing specialist school group is launching a brand-new primary SEN provision in West London and is seeking an experienced teacher to lead the initial cohort. This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stages of a new provision, starting with a small class of around 5 pupils, with plans to expand. You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, establishing provision standards and supporting the long-term growth of the setting. The school supports pupils with SEMH needs, many of whom have experienced exclusion or disruption to their education. The setting focuses on re-engagement, consistency and long-term outcomes.
