SEN Primary School Teaching Assistant, Bromsgrove

OverviewLocation: Bromsgrove

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Pay: From £89 per day (PAYE) depending on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN)

Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Support students'' academic, emotional, and social development

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff

Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Requirements

Previous school-based experience is essential

Experience working with children with SEN is essential

Positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
