About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at our inclusive primary school in Knowsley, Merseyside. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of pupils with a range of additional needs, including those with EHCPs.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised learning programmes to pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Collaborate with class teachers, teaching assistants, and external agencies to support pupil progress
- Maintain detailed records of pupil development and contribute to review meetings and EHCP processes
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support home-school links
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEND (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs)
- A thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
- A nurturing and empathetic approach to behaviour and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
