• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH

The Role - SEN Mentor

I am recruiting for an SEN Mentor to work in a specialist school in Enfield. You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them manage their emotions, build confidence and take part in learning. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to follow individual support plans, encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop the skills they need both inside and outside the classroom. The ideal Mentor will be patient, reliable and able to build trust with pupils.
