SEN Mediations Officer

Contract: Until September 2026Location: Fully RemoteStart Date: ASAPWe are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Mediation Officer to support a Local Authority in resolving disputes relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for a candidate with strong mediation experience and in-depth knowledge of SEND processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage and facilitate mediation cases between families, schools, and the Local AuthoritySupport the resolution of disputes relating to EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)Work closely with parents, carers, and professionals to achieve timely and effective outcomesEnsure compliance with SEND legislation and statutory guidanceMaintain accurate and up-to-date case recordsRequirements:Proven experience in SEN/SEND mediation or dispute resolutionStrong understanding of SEND legislation and EHCP processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload independentlyIf you are available at short notice and interested in this opportunity, please apply today. ..... full job details .....
