We have immediate opportunities available, as well as September 2026 starts for candidates looking to secure their next role ahead of the new academic year.We are looking for enthusiastic, patient and resilient individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people with additional needs.The Role:Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, MLD and complex needsWorking on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsSupporting students both inside and outside of the classroomEncouraging engagement, independence and positive behaviourWorking closely with Teachers, Therapists and Senior Leadership TeamsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience working with children or young peopleExperience within SEN, education, care, support work, youth work or similar settings (desirable but not essential)A positive, proactive and adaptable approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learnersWe Welcome Applications From:Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)SEN Teaching AssistantsSupport ..... full job details .....
