SEN Learning Support Assistants required South East London ASAP start£95-110 per dayVeritas Education is partnering with primary, secondary, and SEN schools across South East London to recruit Learning Support Assistants to make a real difference supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties. These are full-time, term-time positions, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.We are looking for candidates with experience supporting students in an educational setting, particularly those with SEN or additional needs. A solid understanding of SEN and learning difficulties-gained through professional experience or academic study-is highly desirable.Responsibilities of the SEN Learning Support Assistant:Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.Work proactively to help students meet their academic goals.Encourage and motivate students to actively engage in their learning.Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.Support the teacher in general learning and student development.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A strong understanding of special educational needs (SEN).Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students.Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.Reliability and a commitment to supporting students'' progress.Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and independently when required.A relevant degree and training in SEN are ..... full job details .....
