Key Responsibilities:andnbsp;
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in both one-on-one and group settings, ensuring individual learning plans are followed.
- Assist in some cases in the implementation of Individual Education Plans.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of SEN students, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
- Support the development of social and communication skills, helping students to interact positively with peers and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, providing regular feedback to teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents.
To succeed in this role you will be:
- Experienced working with children with a wide range of additional needs.
- Local to Crawley or able to reliably commute.
- Adaptable in facilitating the progress of children with diverse circumstances.
- Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
