What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupilsandnbsp;with a variety ofandnbsp;SEN, includingandnbsp;autism,andnbsp;ADHD, andandnbsp;social/emotional needs
• Assisting the class teacherandnbsp;in deliveringandnbsp;differentiated lessonsandnbsp;tailored toandnbsp;individual learning styles
• Working with childrenandnbsp;who haveandnbsp;Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Encouraging emotional regulation, resilience, and independence
• Providing personal careandnbsp;when necessary, always withandnbsp;dignity and respect
• Collaboratingandnbsp;with staff, families, and external professionals to ensureandnbsp;holistic support
