The school is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support autistic children and help them succeed both academically and socially.Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with teachers to create and deliver engaging learning activitiesSupporting students through personalised action plans and strategies to aid progressAssisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Risk Assessments, Personal Care, and Therapy programmesWorking closely with teachers, support staff, families, and external agencies to provide tailored supportBuilding positive, therapeutic relationships with students and responding to their individual needs We d love to hear from you if you: Have experience working with autistic children, or a strong desire to develop in this areaUnderstand SEN and are committed to learning and professional growthCan commit to full-time 8.30am to 4pm Monday to FridayHolding a relevant qualification such as NVQ in Childcare and ..... full job details .....
