SEN Learning Support Assistant Location: Chichester, West SussexStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-Time Term Time OnlyHours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 3:30pmSalary: £18,345Supply Desk are working with a welcoming primary school in Chichester who are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and wants to make a genuine difference to their learning, development and wellbeing.The Role You will work alongside pupils with a range of additional needs, providing support both 1:1 and within small groups.The role will involve: Supporting children with Special Educational Needs Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support Helping pupils engage with their learning and develop independence Supporting children with complex needs in a calm and nurturing way Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils Supporting pupils with healthcare needs following appropriate training and individual care plans Assisting with personal care where required Working closely with teachers and the wider support team Contributing positively to the wider life of the school About You The successful candidate will be: Calm, patient and nurturing Resilient and confident supporting children with additional needs Reliable, punctual and committed Passionate about helping children achieve their potential Ideally experienced working ..... full job details .....
