Previous experience is not necessary for this role! As an actor/actress, you bring a wealth of transferable skills to the table, including proficiency in role-playing.SEND Needs: Autism, ADHD, Down''s Syndrome and Moderate Learning DifficultiesSEMH Needs: Anxiety, Depression and TraumaYour primary responsibilities will involve assisting with day-to-day classroom activities, reinforcing targets, offering supervision and support as needed, and maintaining consistent routines for the children. A calm and positive attitude is essential, as is a proactive approach to building relationships with the children.While experience working with children is preferred, it is not essential for this role, a creative and positive mindset is a must.What You''ll Be Doing:Providing 1:1 support to children with special needs and lower ability levels.Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other Specific Learning Difficulties.Assisting in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive learning experiences.Helping to create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued ..... full job details .....
