      <description>Location: Northampton | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | We are working in partnership with a specialist school who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a specialist school supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). The school provides a modern, well-resourced environment designed to meet the needs of every learner, including sensory spaces, specialist classrooms, and outdoor learning areas.  This role will begin as a long term role on a full time basis with the view of becoming permanent if successful.  As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to help deliver a high-quality, inclusive learning experience tailored to individual needs.
